1. Shipping

  • Processing: 1–3 business days. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

  • Delivery: 5–10 business days within the US. Delays due to supplier or carrier issues are possible.

  • Tracking: Sent via email once your order is dispatched.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds/exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Process: Contact support@preptro.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide order details and photo proof.

  • Approved Returns: You cover return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

  • Non-Refundable: Sale items (unless defective).

3. Exchanges
Replacements for defective items depend on supplier availability.
